All face to face course dates are final (unless GTeX specify an amendment with notice to student). Student cannot change their face to face course dates after initial deposit. The student also agrees that full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the programmes face to face commencement date.

Failure to make full payment will in student being unable to sit the exam(s)/assessment(s) used to obtain licence, and will not receive a refund on any funds already paid.
